Man falls from car park in Tunbridge Wells, Air Ambulance is at the scene

A man has fallen from a multi-storey car park this afternoon.

Police have joined paramedics and an air ambulance crew at Crescent Road Car Park in Tunbridge Wells.

Passers by saw a man being resuscitated by the car park.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "We were called at 2.55pm to to a report that a man had fallen from Crescent Road Car Park, in Tunbridge Wells. Officers are currently at the scene along with the South East Coast Ambulance Service."

Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex confirmed it received a call at 2.56pm.

The car park, which is operated by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, is cordoned off.

A council spokeswoman said they were awaiting an update from police before issuing advice to anyone parked inside.

Council staff use the car park along with visitors to the town centre.
