Man charged with theft after cosmetics allegedly stolen from Boots in Tunbridge Wells

A suspected shoplifter has been charged after cosmetics were allegedly stolen from a shop.

It is reported that the beauty products were stolen from a Tunbridge Wells branch of Boots on December 19, before a second theft at the Calverley Road store on Sunday in which goods valued at more than £400 were taken.

Stefan Leondraliu, of Rutland Road in Ilford, was arrested later in the day on Sunday and was subsequently charged with two counts of theft.

The 33-year-old was bailed to attend Maidstone Magistrates' Court on February 2.
