This year Jasmine Etuate, from Hillview School for Girls in Tonbridge, and Ruby Llewellyn, from Tunbridge Wells Girls’ Grammar School, each received an engraved trophy, a £50 book token, and a £50 cheque, for their outstanding school achievements.

Millwood’s finance director Rob Sisley made the awards.

At Hillview, curriculum leader Cavan Pledge said: “Jasmine studied fine art and textile design A Level and BTEC Science.

"Over the past two years, she became one of our most creative students.

"The enthusiasm and energy that she put into her work was inspiring for both her peers and younger students."
