Two talented youngsters have had their achievements recognised by house-builder Millwood Designer Homes.
This year Jasmine Etuate, from Hillview School for Girls in Tonbridge, and Ruby Llewellyn, from Tunbridge Wells Girls’ Grammar School, each received an engraved trophy, a £50 book token, and a £50 cheque, for their outstanding school achievements.
Millwood’s finance director Rob Sisley made the awards.
At Hillview, curriculum leader Cavan Pledge said: “Jasmine studied fine art and textile design A Level and BTEC Science.
"Over the past two years, she became one of our most creative students.
"The enthusiasm and energy that she put into her work was inspiring for both her peers and younger students."
Jasmine is now studying art and design at East Sussex College in Hastings.
Linda Wybar, the head teacher at Tunbridge Wells Girls’ Grammar, said: “We are delighted that Ruby's outstanding achievement in A Level Geography has been rewarded. She worked incredibly hard."
Ruby is now studying Industrial Design and Technology at Loughborough University.
