The incident, which took place on Monday, February 3, isn't being treated as suspicious but officers are keen to speak to the person who is believed to have been on the roof too.

Det Sgt Jo Hazelwood said: "We believe a person had contact with this man in the minutes prior to him falling from the car park.

"The top floor is often used by staff, but it is also possible that whoever spoke to him was someone who had parked there to go shopping.

"It is important to reiterate that we are not treating this incident as suspicious, but equally we need to establish the full circumstances surrounding it."

Anyone with information is asked to call Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting 03-0473.
