Sevenoaks: Woman named after falling to death from bridge over A21

A woman who died when she fell from a bridge onto the carriageway below has been named.

Angela Skinner was treated by medics as the air ambulance landed and police shut the A21 at Sevenoaks on Monday, July 16.

The road was shut for more than five hours as officers carried out their investigations but Mrs Skinner, 54, could not be saved.

Mrs Skinner, who was from Southborough, was the subject of a missing person search last month.

Her disappearance on Thursday, June 14, sparked a mass search for her before she was found safe and well the following day.

Mrs Skinner’s death has been reported to the coroner but an inquest opening is yet to be scheduled.
