Tunbridge Wells sit top of the Kent League Premier Division, having earned a six-wicket home win against Blackheath on Saturday.

Viraj Bhatia’s 94, supported by Drew Beazleigh (62), then saw Tunbridge Wells across the line with plenty to spare. Former Kent bowler Arafat Bhuiyan shone with figures of 3-37.

St Lawrence & Highland Court skipper Matt Hammond helped them comfortably see off second-placed Lordswood at home.

Chasing a target of 265, opening batsman Dan Stickels struck 80 before Hammond ended unbeaten on 99 as they made it to 265-3 in the 47th over.

That came after Lordswood captain Calum MacLeod struck 101 to inspire their total of 264-8 from 50 overs, with Sam Ireland (4-36) doing well for St Lawrence.

Holmesdale remain bottom despite their 63-run victory at Bromley.
