Today at Maidstone Magistrate's Court he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Making reference to the documents supplied to him, District Judge Paul Goldspring said: "There is an inference that there is an element of vindictiveness about it."

The 23-year-old was bailed to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, June 7.

He has been ordered not to contact any victims or witnesses in the meantime.
