A petrol station and a pub are up for sale.
The freehold for the Pembury Petrol Filling Station in Pembury High Street is being sold at auction on Thursday (October 30).
The filling station, which includes a convenience store, has a guide price of £2.55 million.
The property produces an annual income of £165,611 and is let until June 2045 with 2% fixed annual rental uplifts.
Jon Skerry from the auctioneers Acuitus said: “Roadside property assets currently see considerable demand from investors with their strong covenants and superb location, with this property sitting in the centre of the affluent village of Pembury certainly meeting the criteria.”
The current owners, an unnamed investment fund, are also selling the freehold of The Manor House pub in Church Street, Tunbridge Wells.
The pub is let to Marston Estates until 2054, with an annual rent of £194,664 with five-yearly RPI-linked rent reviews.
The guide price is £2.4m.
The Acuitus auction will take place online and can be viewed via a live stream.
It starts at midday.
