Woman cut free after crash in Cranbrook Road, Hawkhurst

A woman was left trapped in a car after a crash in Hawkhurst.

Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to Cranbrook Road at around 7.15pm after two vehicles collided.

The woman was assessed by paramedics and firefighters, who used hydraulic cutting gear to free her.

She was then transferred to an ambulance.

A man was also injured, but he was able to get to the ambulance with the help of paramedics.

Crews had left the scene by 8.10pm.
