Clare Durham, Associate Director at Woolley & Wallis, will give an illustrated talk on The Changing Face of the Market, on Wednesday 1st November 2017.
Our next meeting is on Wednesday 1st November 2017 and is the second Memorial Lecture in an annual series of lectures in honour of William Buck, our late President. Clare Durham, Associate Director at Woolley & Wallis, will deliver an illustrated lecture: The Changing Face of the Market. Clare was appointed an Associate Director for the auctioneers Woolley and Wallis in January 2013, where she is concentrating on building up the number and quality of sales. After obtaining a first-class degree in Fine Art Valuation from Southampton Solent University, Clare joined Woolley and Wallis on graduation, and was appointed an auctioneer in 2010. She took over the running of the English and European Ceramics and Glass Department in April 2011. The meeting will be held at St Dunstan’s Church Hall, 80, London Road, Canterbury, CT2 8LS at 7.00 for 7.30 with a wine reception before the talk. All welcome. Entrance to members is free. Tickets for non-members are £5.00.
