In this talk he will present a fascinating insight into contemporary politics gained from 30 years stalking the corridors of power, most notably as Parliamentary correspondent at the Guardian and Political Editor at both the Independent on Sunday and Sunday Telegraph. He is also an accomplished author having published books about Whitehall, the Battle of Waterloo and the biggest lies in British History as well as biographies of John Prescott and Elizabeth Lady Melbourne This talk will appeal to anyone with an interest in recent British political history.
