Moving Well workshops
Moving Memory Dance Theatre invite older people 50+ to limber up.
Moving Well workshops are ‘dance-theatre’ movement sessions where you get the chance to try out new skills and look at ways of putting movement sequences together. There are no steps to learn and no prior dance experience is necessary – it all comes from you, the participants! As a company of older women, we understand about the physical stresses and strains of everyday life and we love working with people of all ages, shapes, sizes and bodies. Just wear loose clothing that you can move in, wear trainers / dance shoes or (ideally) work in bare feet and bring a bottle of water.
