Moving Well

A series of six movement sessions for everyone 50+.
A series of six movement sessions for everyone 50+ who would like to loosen up, have a laugh, and learn to move well.

No need for any experience, just a curiosity to try something different!

In these sociable sessions we will introduce you to fun physical exercises, discover new ways of working with other people, and explore ways of bringing our experiences to life through movement.

Wednesdays 6.30-8.00pm from 18th September - 23rd October.

£30 for six sessions payable by cash or cheque at the first session.

Please wear clothes you feel comfortable to move in and bring a bottle of water.
