Meditate in Canterbury

The science of happiness.
When our mind is experiencing an incessant flow of uncomfortable emotions and negative thoughts, we can say at that time that we are unhappy. On the contrary when our mind is feeling at ease, confident and light, we can say that we are happy.

The practices of meditation and mindfulness taught within Buddhism reveal the technology of happiness and wellbeing, how we can cultivate the causes of happiness and let go of the causes of unhappiness within our own heart. SEPTEMBER
