Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat Day
A day of Yoga & Mindfulness suitable for everyone that would like some time to fully recharge and relax ahead of the busy festive season
We all have a "to do list", but when was the last time you had a "to be list'! This day will be all about giving yourself time and space to balance mind and body. We will spend the morning practising yoga, with an emphasis on nurturing and balancing posture work. The afternoon will include mindfulness and deep relaxation so that you can leave feeling fully rested and revitalised. All welcome. No previous experience required. Booking essential.
