This introductory course considers life and its meaning, and how to apply mindfulness to every moment. Practical exercises drawn from the philosophical traditions of both East and West allow freedom to explore stillness and wisdom. We learn how to distinguish what is important from what is not.
This course uses observation, perception, reasoning and questioning. It can transform life, increase confidence, and enable us to find true happiness, openness and inner strength. We will look into the human condition, and try out ways of decluttering the mind. No experience is needed. There are no exams.
