There is no need to pre-book, but on the day each cyclist must register in the Kentagon bar/restaurant & collect a circuit entry pass. Under 14s must be accompanied by a riding adult at all times whilst on the circuit. All riders will be asked to sign to accept Brands’ conditions for taking part, & under 18s must have a parent or responsible adult present, when registering, to accept those conditions on their behalf. All riders are advised to wear appropriate protective clothing, particularly an approved helmet. Participants are asked to contribute as much as possible, but as a minimum each rider is asked to raise sponsorship, or make a personal donation of £15 or £5 for under 14s). 100% of the money raised, after meeting track hire costs etc., will be used to benefit folk in need. It will help to support local individuals or families and the work of the Ellenor Hospice team.
