Accompanied by Nick Holland on a single keyboard, an arrangement which she says is “just as enjoyable and gives the music breathing space”, Barbara’s wonderful and familiar vocals continue to play to sold out audiences.

Remaining Scotland’s best-selling female album artist, remembered, in particular, for chart hits such as Answer Me and I Know Him So Well and a string of acting awards, Barbara Dickson’s performing record is widely known and admired. With support provided by Belfast songwriter Anthony Toner, and in the beautiful surroundings of Kent College’s Great Hall, this is a Festival opening evening for which early booking is essential.
