We have two classes to choose from. Our Slow Flow class is designed for all levels and abilities, so don’t worry if you have never done yoga or paddle boarding before – this is the perfect mindful, relaxing yoga practice for you to give it a go. Our Strong Flow class is designed for those who have tried SUP Yoga before, or yogi’s with a regular practice. You will flow, open and move on your paddleboard building strength and balance.
