This six-week course is designed with a different theme for each session, to build confidence, full-body strength, endurance and balance. And of course, there will be plenty of fun and good vibes along the way! Some sessions will involve ‘fitness on the move’, and we will tether up for a low-impact circuit session for others, with modifications for all abilities.

Basic paddle boarding experience is encouraged for the course but not essential. If a commitment to the full course isn’t for you, then individual drop-in sessions also provide a great stand-alone workout, but we ask that you have basic paddling skills to keep up with the group.
