SUP Fitness

Join our six-week course giving you the ultimate core workout on a paddle board on the River Medway. Challenge yourself in our fitness class on the board, suitable for beginners.
SUP fitness is a great workout. Whether you’re going for a recreational paddle with friends or opting for a more intense tour or race, you will already be improving your fitness levels.

This six-week course is designed with a different theme for each session, to build confidence, full-body strength, endurance and balance. And of course, there will be plenty of fun and good vibes along the way! Some sessions will involve ‘fitness on the move’, and we will tether up for a low-impact circuit session for others, with modifications for all abilities.

Course dates:

Thursday 5th May 9:45 – 11am – Thursday 9th June Thursday 7th July 9:45 – 11am – Thursday 11th August

Basic paddle boarding experience is encouraged for the course but not essential. If a commitment to the full course isn’t for you, then individual drop-in sessions also provide a great stand-alone workout, but we ask that you have basic paddling skills to keep up with the group.
