Broadstairs Dickens Festival returns this weekend

The Broadstairs Dickens Festival is a nod to Charles Dickens’ links to the town, which he often visited from 1837 until 1859 and offers an array of events inspired by his novels.

This year's main entertainment is this weekend, with events running from Thursday, June 20, until Sunday, June 23.

On Thursday at 7.30pm will be Dombey and Son at the Sarah Thorne Theatre.
