This stunning park located near Hempsted has a Green Flag award for excellence. Visitors can enjoy the landscape and changing colours throughout the seasons. The park has a well-equipped visitor centre with disabled access and a scenic landside café. Those energetic visitors can make the most of the waymarked walks and running trails, the cycle routes and mountain bike track.

Riverside Country Park

This is one of Medway’s most beautiful country parks and an ideal location for a walk, run or cycle. In addition to being an important natural environment for wildlife, the park provides visitors with a wide range of activities including waymarked walks, play areas, and picnic areas. The visitor centre is well equipped with natural history displays ideal for teaching the little ones about the natural environment.
