The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain mark 33 years on the road with Kent dates

Formed back in 1985, The Ukes are now something of a British institution.

George Hinchcliffe’s Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain have had an epic 33 years on the road and their re-interpretations of well known tunes and cult film scores are popular around the world.

They’ve toured the world, playing to audiences at venues including The Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House and New York’s Carnegie Hall, as well as clocking up millions of YouTube views, playing for the Queen’s 90th, and collaborating with Robbie Williams, Madness and the Kaiser Chiefs.

They are also calling on local enthusiasts to play along with their trio of seasonal favourites.

They are at the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells on Friday, November 16 and the Orchard Theatre, Dartford on Sunday, November 18.
