As well as the most comprehensive history of Maidstone United in its various guises, the exhibition also outlines how different aspects of the game interacted with the town.

Lifelong Stones fan John Bunyard told how he’d been inspired to organise it after seeing a solitary item about the club in a display case. Admission is free, thanks to the generosity of sponsor Gordon Wallis.

It is free to enter.
