CANTERBURY ON ICE
Canterbury on Ice is set to open in the Dane John Gardens on Friday, November 29 until New Year’s Day. This year, the city council has brought the project in-house, with an enclosed rink large enough to cater for 140 skaters at a time.
The festive attraction will be open every day except Christmas Day, until New Year's Day. Children must be aged four and
above to skate. Tickets cost £12.50 per adult, £9 per child, or £38 for a family. Skating aids in the shape of penguins will be available to hire, subject to availability. To book or for more information, visit canterburyonice.co.uk.
WHITE CLIFFS CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR
Dover’s White Cliffs Christmas Spectacular returns for a fourth year on Sunday, December 1 until New Year's Day. The ice rink will be larger and there will be some 30 stalls selling crafts and gifts.
The Port of Dover event, supported by DFDS, is at Cruise Terminal One at Western Docks. Entry to the market is free. Details at events.doverport.co.uk
