The organisers of the second By the Sea festival have announced this year's line up - with Super Furry Animals and Wild Beasts topping the bill.

The event takes place at Dreamland in Margate on September 30 and October 1. It will be the festival's second year, with the 2015 event headlined by Foals and Hot Chip.

Two more headliners will be announced for this year's event over the next few weeks.

Other names on the bill include former Coral guitarist turned solo artist Bill Ryder Jones, indie outfit Mystery Jets, teenage duo Let's Eat Grandma, Ibibio Sound Machine, Jagwar Ma and Joe Goddard.

Weekend tickets priced £67.50 are on sale now at this link. Tickets include full access to Dreamland's rides.

A spokesman for the organisers said: "By The Sea at Dreamland Margate is a special event for fans, locals and artists alike. This is the second chapter in what we hope will become a landmark event in the festival calendar."
