The Kent County Show is fast approaching, and we’re celebrating its return with a 12-page guide inside next week’s KM Group newspapers.
Pick up your local paper and discover everything there is to see and do over the three-day event, which has been missing from the county calendar since its last show in 2019.
The huge celebration of farming, agriculture and food production takes place at the Kent Showground in Detling, near Maidstone, and will feature a number of interesting exhibitors, artisan producers and adorable animals.
Stroll through the grounds and find out about the local farming industry with fun, interactive activities and fascinating displays from experts who will help bring the industry to life.
You can meet the livestock, such as sheep, pigs, goats and cows, that will be taking part in shows, obstacle courses and parades.
You can also watch the Hogg Show, the UK’s only travelling pig show, which will be making its debut at the fair this year.
Keep the kids entertained with the thrilling funfair and unique woodland crafts, and fill up the whole family with delicious treats from the food market.
While you’re there, don’t forget to give us a visit!
Our kmfm presenters Rob Wills and Andy Walker will be broadcasting the Friday Drivetime and Saturday Breakfast shows from our huge county fair stand. We’ll have a huge inflatable, giant deck chairs and some massive giveaways, so make sure you stop off to say hello.
From flower displays to classic car shows, there truly is something for everyone to enjoy at this unmissable county show.
