Chart topping singer Jack Savoretti has joined the line-up for Forest England's outdoor summer concerts.
The English-Italian singer songwriter, whose sixth studio album Singing to Strangers debuted at No.1 in the charts, is the last headliner for the Forest Live dates to be announced at Bedgebury Pinetum in Goudhurst.
Jack has had three consecutive UK gold-certified albums, with Written in Scars (2014) and Sleep No More (2016) and Singing to Strangers.
His latest album features 10 additional tracks including a new single, live recordings and collaborations with artists as diverse as Kylie, Mika and Sigma. He played three Forest Live dates last summer, but they were elsewhere in the country.
He said of the announcement: "These Forestry England shows are great gigs for me in such beautiful locations and I am delighted to have a date in my summer diary to be returning in 2020. Looking forward to seeing you at Bedgebury Pinetum.”
Support is yet to be announced.
The live music series held by Forestry England every year has been running for the last 19 years and helps fund looking after the nation's forest sustainably and helps create places for people to enjoy, wildlife to flourish and trees to grow.
Tickets for Jack Savoretti plus guests on Saturday, June 13 go on sale on Friday, December 13 at 9am and cost £40 (plus a £5 booking fee).
