Eighties music festival Let's Rock Kent this weekend with stars from Bananarama and ABC to Nick Kershaw and Sister Sledge

The line-up for a retro music festival this weekend reads like a who's who of 80s music.

Let's Rock Kent, which comes to Mote Park in Maidstone after being postponed from last summer, will feature stars from Bananarama and ABC to Sister Sledge, Go West and Nik Kershaw.

Chesney Hawkes, Howard Jones, Midge Ure and Hue & Cry will also be taking to the stage at the one-day family-friendly festival on Saturday, September 4.

Festivalgoers can also buy food, VIP tickets which include exclusive DJ sets and 'posh' toilet tickets.

Let’s Rock! has been staging quality, family-friendly music festivals since 2009.

The festival starts at noon and finishes at 10.30pm but the running order for acts won't be available until the day of the event.
