Love Island final screening at Bluewater cinema cancelled but still on at Dreamland

Only one Kent venue will 'do bits' by screening the Love Island final live.

After a long hot summer of drama from the villa, the series is coming to an end - but the conclusion is set to be shown live and free at Dreamland in Margate on Monday, July 29. But Bluewater shopping centre's cinema near Dartford has had to cancel its screening.

Fans of the ITV show will be able to grab some popcorn along with their finale fix when they can find out which couple will win the eight-week series on the big screen.

Last year's final attracted an audience of 3.6 million, who watched as Dani Dyer and Swanley's Jack Fincham won the series.

In a statement Showcase Cinemas said: "Showcase Cinemas has a proud history of screening unmissable TV moments for free. However for various reasons, we are now unable to screen this year's Love Island finale and we would like to offer our apologies to fans who've been in touch, but we hope you enjoy the final."

The screening at Dreamland starts at 7pm. To find out more go to dreamland.co.uk
