BRIT Award nominated singer Anne-Marie has been talking about her latest single, touring with Ed Sheeran and making it big on kmfm Breakfast.

The singer, who has 12 million global single sales under her belt and had the Christmas No.1 with Rockabye, was talking to Garry and Laura this morning.

She came to the show fresh from the launch of her new single FRIENDS, with Marshmello, ahead of a stadium tour with her old friend Ed Sheeran and the release of her debut album next month, Speak Your Mind.

She said of her success: "I can't believe it really. It is unbelievable."

She told Garry and Laura how much she had enjoyed touring with Rudimental and was looking forward to touring with Ed.

On her latest single, FRIENDS, she said: "I think when you call someone "mate" that's quite a big sign they're only a friend. Sometimes people just don't get it so I felt like this song was appropriate."

She also played Say It, competing against Ed's score.
