Maidstone Tattoo Extravaganza returns to Kent Showground for the Easter weekend

A tattoo convention which attracted thousands of ink fans last year, is back for the Easter weekend.

The Maidstone Tattoo Extravaganza returns to the Kent Showground at Detling near Maidstone for the third year running, bringing tattooists, entertainment and traders.

Some 4,000 people attended last year's event to immerse themselves in all things ink-related.

There will be more than 100 tattooists from across Kent and further afield will be creating skin artworks on, while there will also be live music, burlesque art and other performers.

Stalls will also include local good causes as well as trade stands and food and drink.

The show will be open from 10am until 9pm on the Saturday, 10am to 7pm on Easter Sunday, and 10am to 5pm on Easter Monday.

The Maidstone Tattoo Extravaganza will be held at the Kent Showground in Detling near Maidstone from Saturday, April 20 to Easter Monday, April 22. To book tickets online go to maidstonetattooextravaganza.co.uk They will cost £10 on the door.
