The first Margate Comic Art Festival takes place this weekend.
Brought by the organisers of the International Comic Expo, or ICE as it is better known, the new event celebrates the rich diversity of the comic art medium, featuring an international guest list of famous comic creators and also a selection of exhibiting artists, dealers and publishers.
