There’s a treat for Kent’s Love Island fans on Wednesday at 8.45pm when fitness show Best Fit welcomes 2016 islander Sophie Gradon to the show. As ever, there are top tips for keeping fit and healthy.

This week’s edition of Team Talk, Wednesday at 10.45pm, features Kent's world renowned boxing referee Ian John Lewis. Paralympic star Zac Skinner’s on the show following his performance at the world para athletics championships, and you’ll hear from England’s wheelchair rugby league team as the World Cup gets underway in France.

Following on from the success of a national campaign last year, Sport England’s back with This Girl Can, a drive to inspire more women to wiggle, jiggle and have fun by getting active. In a brand new documentary fresh for KMTV, you’ll meet the women who’re celebrating getting back into exercise no matter how they look or how red their faces get. Follow their stories and feel inspired, whatever your age this Thursday at 8.45pm.

There’s a bumper edition of Walks Around Britain on Friday at 11am. In this hour long special Andrew White walks the Great Glen Way, a 79 mile long-distance trail between Fort William and Inverness in Scotland, discovering old castles, former railway lines, stunning landscapes and the magnificent Caledonian Canal along the way.
