DJ Tony Blackburn is set to hit the road with a new live show.
The presenter, who hosts Tony Blackburn's Playlist on kmfm on Sunday afternoons and Radio 2's Sounds of the 60s, is to tour 17 venues across the country next year, bringing his popular BBC show from the studio to the stage for the first time.
The 75-year-old will take it to one theatre in the county - the Orchard Theatre in Dartford on Saturday, April 27, next year.
It will feature songs, stories and memories from the golden decade of pop music performed live by the Sounds Of The 60s All Star Band & Singers.
Tony said: “I can’t wait to get out on the road with some great musicians and visit some of my favourite towns and cities, spreading the great Sounds of 60s across the UK.
"Come along and enjoy a terrific night with me, featuring some great stories and some great live music.”
Tickets cost from £21. To book visit orchardtheatre.co.uk or call 01322 220000.
His show is on kmfm this Sunday from 4pm to 7pm.
