Get ready to curtsy as The Duchess herself graces theatres across the country with her brand new stand-up show.
Katherine Ryan, star of Netflix series The Duchess and two comedy specials, In Trouble and Glitter Room, will bring her new show to the Orchard Theatre in Dartford and the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
The Canadian-born comedian, who moved to the UK in 2007, began her career on the live comedy circuit and has since gone on to become a familiar face on British TV screens.
She has bagged herself a number of presenting gigs over the years, from the BBC Two jewellery-making competition All That Glitters to the ITV2 dating show Ready to Mingle, as well as co-hosting six series of Your Face or Mine with Jimmy Carr.
The mum-of-two, who announced earlier this year that she is now expecting her third child, has also been a judge on Comedy Central’s Roast Battle and made streaming history as part of Netflix’s first ever panel show, The Fix.
Katherine also released her first book, The Audacity, in September last year, and has recently made her debut as host of Backstage with Katherine Ryan for Amazon, a new show blending stand-up comedy with behind-the-scenes interviews.
Despite her busy schedule, the comedian has found time to return to her roots with a run of tour dates for her new stand-up show, Missus, which sees Katherine share her thoughts on life, love and what it means to be married.
Katherine Ryan will be at the Orchard Theatre, Dartford, on Saturday, October 22. Book online here.
You can also see Katherine’s show at the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury, on Saturday, November 5. Book online here.
