Football fans are being warned of travel disruption ahead of their team's big day at Wembley this weekend.
More than 7,000 supporters of Whitstable Town are due to head to London for the FA Vase final on Sunday.
However, the game, the biggest in the club's history, will see fans have to dodge some engineering works prior to the 12.15pm kick-off against fellow non-league outfit AFC Whyteleafe.
Southeastern says trains will be unable to run between Ramsgate and Faversham due to the pre-planned works, meaning no services will be leaving Whitstable railway station throughout the day.
The operator has confirmed a replacement bus service has been arranged between Faversham and Margate as well as between Margate and Ramsgate, with additional buses and trains being laid on to help supporters get to the capital.
This includes additional buses at 7.52am and 8.52am from Whitstable connecting with direct non-stop trains from Faversham to London Victoria at 8.27am and 9.27am, respectively.
For the return journey, non-stop trains will depart Victoria to Faversham at 5pm and 6pm, connecting with replacement bus services back to Whitstable at 6.27pm and 7.27pm.
South East Alliance spokesperson, Ann-Marie Howland, said: “We’ve subbed on some replacement buses and strengthened the squad with additional trains to and from Faversham, but they may become stretched in the morning and there could be queues.
"Our advice to Oystermen fans is to check the state of play on our website, app or X channel before you travel and leave extra time for your journey.”
Further train information is available on the National Rail website.
Steve Clayton, Whitstable Town FC chairman, said: “We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Southeastern for their support and careful planning around their engineering works. Their collaboration and assistance in the weeks leading up to the FA Vase have been invaluable.
“Thanks to their efforts, including the addition of extra buses and trains where possible, many of our fans will be able to travel in comfort to support the team. We appreciate their commitment to helping make this occasion special for everyone involved.”
