A lane has been closed along a main road following a three-car crash.

Police were called to the incident at 8.05am on the A299 Thanet Way between Whitstable and Faversham.

One lane of the London-bound carriageway was sealed off by officers until one of the cars was removed from the scene.

A police spokesman said: "Officers attended and assisted in the recovery of one of the vehicles.

"No serious injuries have been reported."

The route was cleared at about 10.30am.
