Elderly man cut free from car after crash in Clover Rise, Whitstable

An elderly man had to be cut free from a car after it was involved in a crash with a lorry.

The crash happened at around 1.45pm in Clover Rise, Whitstable, and Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called to help release him after he became trapped.

He was taken to the QEQM Hospital to be treated for a head injury.
