Ashford Town's Tom Murphy scored in the 4-1 win over Walton Casuals

Ashford Town secured their Ryman League Division 1 South survival with a 2-1 win over Chatham at Homelands.

Town had lost four in a row before the final day win but Mark Lovell and Tom Murphy scored to secure the points which lifted the Nuts and Bolts four points clear of second-bottom Walton Casuals.

John Wilfort had briefly drawn the Chats level before Murphy (pictured) sealed the points.

FolkestoneInvicta suffered a 1-0 defeat to Corinthian Casuals in Ryman League Division 1 South at the Buzzlines Stadium on Saturday.

A much-changed Folkestone side went down to a goal six minutes before half-time in their sixth game in 12 days.

Neil Cugley's side had already secured second-place and will have had one-eye on their promotion play-off first leg at home to Leatherhead on Tuesday night.
