Three women are needed as potential witnesses after a young man was attacked in the early hours.
The 23-year-old suffered facial injuries and needed hospital treatment after the assault at East Hill, Ashford, between 3.15am and 3.20am last Sunday.
South Kent Police spokesman Rosy Alexander said: “Police need to speak to anyone who may have information, in particular three women who it is believed witnessed the incident but have not yet spoken to the investigating officer.”
A 22-year-old man from Cleveland has been arrested for assault and bailed until June 28, pending further inquiries.
Anyone with information should contact PC Amanda Woodward on 01622 690690 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
