Bridge plunge mother died after battle with depression

"A FANTASTIC lady and great mum" is how a young woman who fell from a motorway bridge will be remembered by her devastated family.

Seleana Mundey, 25, died last Thursday after falling from a bridge onto the coastbound carriageway of the M20 at Ashford.

Now her devoted husband has spoken for the first time about losing the love of his life and her depression.

Brett Mundey, 34, said: "It was like we had one mind, she was my best friend."

Following the birth of their second child five months ago, Mrs Mundey became depressed.

While she received treatment for the illness, life remained a struggle for the young mum.

Mr Mundey, of Peter Candler Way, Kennington, added: "Depression is such a horrible illness, it consumed her and this depression has turned out to be a fatal illness."
