A teenage mother and her baby son who had been missing for nearly two weeks have been found safe and well.

Police issued an appeal for information after Molly Brazil, 17 and her 19-month-old son were reported missing.

The Ashford pair were last seen in Headcorn High Street on the morning of Wednesday, January 13.
