A second dispersal order has been issued in Ashford in an attempt to deal with nuisance teenagers.

Police have authorised the dispersal zone in the Bockhanger area of the town, which is in Kennington.

It was launched at 9.30pm on Monday and covers the area around the shops and community centre.

Police are appealing for information.

Police say the 48 hour order was issued after youths started creating problems.

A tweet from the force said: "Dispersal Zone authorised Bockhanger around school, shops and community centre due to nuisance youths for 48 hrs from 21.30 hrs Monday 22/2."

This is the second order from Kent Police that has been placed on Ashford in the last few days.

On Saturday, Stanhope was put under the same restrictions after gangs of youths were found behaving badly on the estate.
