A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a car was seen driven into a ditch.

Officers were called to Poundhurst Road, in Ruckinge, near Ashford, at around 7pm yesterday.

Images show the car slumped in the ditch on the rural road.

Police attended the one-vehicle collision and arrested the man on suspicion of drink driving.

He was later released without charge.
