Three arrested after brawl in Ashford town centre involving hammer and a crowbar

Three people have been arrested after a crowbar and a hammer were used during a fight in Ashford town centre.

Police were called to High Street following reports of the group brawl at 11.30pm last night.

CCTV helped identify the suspects leading to the three arrests on suspicion of assault.

All three remain in custody.

It also helped to identify the weapons used as a crowbar and a hammer.

They were later seized and will be used as evidence while enquiries continue.
