An Ashford man is due in court today after allegedly performing a sex act in front of a child.

Detectives investigating reports of indecent exposure across Ashford have charged a 26-year-old from the town.

Michael Lewington, of Sir Bernard Paget Avenue, is due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court charged with three counts of indecent exposure and one count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

The alleged crimes were committed between September 2 and September 26.
