Man injured after assault at a service station in Brookfield Road, Ashford

A man was taken to hospital after a serious assault outside a service station.

Police are now appealing for witnesses after the victim, a man in his 30s, was attacked just after midnight on Saturday, April 8.

The man was treated at a London hospital but released later the same day.

Detective Constable Graham Wilkinson, investigating officer, said: "We believe there were a number of people in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident and we ask them to come forward as they could have vital information that could help with our investigation."
