Wanted man from Essex could be in Ashford or Headcorn say police

A man wanted by police following reports a woman was assaulted - could be in Kent.

Officers are keen to trace John McDonald who is 31 and could be in Ashford or Headcorn.

Officers in Essex want to talk to him after a woman was assaulted in Harlow yesterday.

McDonald uses the alias Junior and has tattoos on his arms and a scar under his eyebrow.

Police say not only has he got links to Headcorn and Ashford, he also has links to Stisted, Braintree and Long Banks in Harlow.

Anyone with information is asked to call Harlow police station on 101. Always call 999 in an emergency.
